How does the weekly pricing work?
Our websites are billed weekly via secure Stripe payments. Once you sign up, your selected plan is charged automatically each week so we can build, host, and manage your website.
There are no upfront costs and no long-term contracts.
When does my website go live?
We typically launch websites within 7–14 days, provided we receive your content, images, and approvals on time.
Delays in feedback or missing information will extend the timeline.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Submit the Get Started form so we get a detailed overview about your business.
Then you can either:
Send us your content, photos, and business details, or
Let us create everything for you based on what you do
Either way, you’ll get a chance to review everything before your site goes live.
Can I request changes to my website?
Yes. You get 1 round of revisions before launch, which includes content and image changes.
After your site is live, any additional updates or changes can be requested via email and are charged at $60/hour, with all work quoted before we begin.
What details do I need to get started?
Great to see you are ready to overhaul your online presence! Please have the following available to get things started:
- logo (hi-res version)
- detailed information about your company (ie Year established,awards, industry accreditation etc
- products / services
- testimonials
- location area serviced
- Phone number & email address
- photos of staff, company vehicle etc
When will be site be ready?
Once we have received initial payment and business information, sits are normally 1-2 weeks depending on the web package selected. If a brand new domain is being used, we can build the site live or alternately build on a stage site to review before the site is launched.
Can I add extra pages?
if currently on the 1-page plan , you an upgrade to a higher plan. If already on the higher packages additional pages are charged at $80 each.
Can I own my website or move it elsewhere?
Yes.
You have two options:
Early Buyout (within 24 months):
You can purchase your website for a one-time fee equal to 52 weeks of your current plan. Once paid, you receive all website files and can host it anywhere.
After 24 months:
You can request to move your website to another provider. A small release fee may apply to cover migration and setup work.
Is the website tax deductable?
To reduce their tax burden, businesses can deduct expenses that directly contribute to acquiring and retaining customers. These deductible costs often include advertising and marketing expenditures. This valuable tax break can significantly benefit small businesses, helping them save on their tax obligations. We reccomend seeking financial tax advise from a qualified accountant.
Is a business email included?
No, unfortunately email is a specialised area outside our expertise. You can engage an email specialise to setup or use a free @gmail.com, @outlook.com or similar.
What if a payment is missed or declined?
If you think you will miss a payment let us know. The payment will be attempted, if payment cannot be catured for 48 hours the website will be set into "maintenance mode" so not able to be accessed on the internet - missing potential leads.
